CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RESOLUTION SETTING HEARING ON VACATION <br />WHEREAS, <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota has <br />determined to vacate the following described road right -of -way <br />and utility easements: <br />That part of Minnesota Avenue as platted in J.F. <br />Eisenmenger's Garden Lots, Ramsey County, Minnesota lying <br />between the northerly extensions of the west line of Lot 48 <br />and the east line of Lot 45 in said J.F. Eisenmenger's <br />Garden Lots. <br />That part of the street and utility easement as described in <br />Doc. No. which lies within Tract B and within <br />the east 236 feet of Tract A all in Registered Land Survey <br />No. 300, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE <br />CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />1. The Council will consider the vacation of such road right - <br />of -way and utility easement, and a public hearing shall be <br />held on such proposed vacation on the 12th day of April, <br />1995, before the City Council in the City Center at 7:30 <br />P.M., and the City Administrator shall give published and <br />posted noted as required by law. <br />Page 23 <br />
