We would recommend that the parcel not be utilized for any kind of <br />access to Lot 2, whether for driveway or construction purposes. <br />Such use would violate the intent of the Subdivision Ordinance <br />restrictions on double frontage lots. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />We recommend approval of the resubdivision of the David Wright <br />property with the following conditions: <br />1. Non - buildable covenant added to Lot 1. <br />2. Grading and Drainage concerns are reviewed and approved by the <br />City Engineer. <br />3.
