AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />This document, dated May 10, 1995, shall serve as an <br />amendment to the Agreement for Building Inspection Services <br />between the City of Little Canada and Castle Design and <br />Development Company, Inc. dated November 23, 1994. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, City has contracted with Building Official for <br />building inspection services; and <br />WHEREAS, City wishes to contract for fire marshal <br />services; and <br />WHEREAS, Building Official has the necessary <br />background, training, and experience to effectively perform fire <br />marshal services for City; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS mutually agreed to amend the Agreement <br />between Building Official and City as follows: <br />I. Fire Marshal scope of services: <br />1. Provide services usual to the application and <br />administration of the provisions of the Uniform <br />Fire Code and related ordinances as adopted by the <br />City of Little Canada. Said services shall <br />include, but not be limited to, responding to <br />complaints involving possible violations of the <br />Uniform Fire Code and /or related City ordinances, <br />plan review for fire protection systems, <br />maintenance of Little Canada Fire Department's <br />"lock box" system, and records management for fire <br />-1- <br />Page 17 <br />
