MINUTES <br />WELCOME TO <br />NEW MEMBER <br />CUP FOR <br />ACCESSORY <br />BUILDING - <br />FRATTALONE <br />r !pia Isla) <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MAY 11, 1995 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the llth day of <br />May, 1995 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Acting Chairman John Keis called the meeting to order <br />at 7:40 P.M. and the following members of the <br />Commission were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Mr. Steve Garske <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Fred Schletty <br />MEMBERS EXCUSED: Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer, Admin. Asst. <br />There being no corrections to the minutes of April 13, <br />1995 regular meeting, those minutes stood approved as <br />submitted. <br />On behalf of the entire Commission, John Keis welcomed <br />new member Scott Barraclough. <br />The Commission reviewed the application submitted by <br />Marco Frattalone for a Conditional Use Permit for <br />accessory building at 2933 Centerville Road. Knudsen <br />noted from the Planner's report that if the new garage <br />were attached to the current garage structure, a CUP <br />would not be required. However, the Planner is not <br />making that recommendation because it does not appear <br />that the existing garage will survive the long -term <br />Knudsen asked if there were any plans for taking the <br />old garage down. <br />Slim Frattalone, owner of the property, reported that <br />Page 8 <br />
