The first is a change to the number of auto sales lot licenses in the City, considering a reduction from the current four such licenses to a total of three. The second removes references to the B -3 District, since that district does not allow auto - related businesses. This latter change would also incorporate reference to the B -4 District, which includes auto sales by CUP, similar to the B -2. Representative language is in the B -2 District, Section 911.040.F: 8. No more than a total of two (2) motor vehicle sales lot licenses may be in full force at any one time in the B -2 and B -3 Districts, nor may more than a total of four (4) such licenses be in force at any one time in the B -2, 13-3, B -4, and I -1 Districts combined. The change to the ordinance language would be as follows: 8. No more than a total of two (2) motor vehicle sales lot licenses may be in full force at any one time in the 13-2 and B 3 13 4 Districts, nor may more than a total of four ('1) three (3) such licenses be in force at any one time in the B -2, B-3 B 4, and I -1 Districts combined. This amendment would be made in the B -4 District (Section 912A.040.N.8), and the 1 -1 District (Section 914.040.D.9).
