Summary and Recommendation <br />As previously discussed, the reduction from 4 to 3 licenses would not impact any of the <br />existing license holders. A fourth license was recently surrendered upon the closing of <br />a business. Thus, only 3 such licenses are active in the City at this time. <br />The elimination of the B -3 language (or replacement with B -4) is a housekeeping item <br />which is intended to clean up existing language in the CUP code requirements. <br />Staff recommends the amendments as noted. <br />pc: Kathy Glanzer <br />Steve Westerhaus <br />Lee Elfering <br />
