MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 26, 2014 <br />AMEND <br />PUD PERMIT - <br />3213 <br />COUNTRY <br />DRIVE — <br />PALLET <br />SERVICES <br />CORPORATION <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />AUTO SALES LICENSES FROM FOUR TO THREE AS WELL AS <br />CLARIFYING THAT OUTDOOR RETAIL AUTO SALES LICENSES <br />ARE ALLOWED BY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN THE B -2, B -4, <br />AND I -1 ZONING DISTRICTS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (2). <br />Nays (1) Boss. Resolution declared adopted. <br />Montour noted that Pallet Services Corporation has requested that <br />consideration of their request to Amend PUD Permit for permanent <br />outdoor storage of construction materials at 3213 Country Drive be <br />tabled until the City's April planning cycle. The Planning Commission <br />has tabled consideration of this matter until their April 10th meeting. <br />Therefore, the Council should table consideration until their April 23, <br />2014 meeting. It was noted that the City has received a 60 -Day Waiver <br />from Pallet Services. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2014 -2 -41- TABLING ACTION ON <br />CONSIDERATION OF AMENDMENT TO PUD PERMIT FOR <br />PERMANENT OUTDOOR STORAGE OF CONSTRUCTION <br />MATERIALS AT 3213 COUNTRY DRIVE AS REQUESTED BY THE <br />APPLICANT, PALLET SERVICES CORPORATION, UNTIL THE <br />APRIL 23, 2014 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br />Ayes (3). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Boss introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2014 -2 -42 — APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPROVAL OF THE VOUCHERS; <br />*APPROVAL OF PARTIAL PAY REQUEST #5 AND CHANGE <br />ORDER #3 TO FPI PAVING FOR LITTLE CANADA ROAD <br />IMPROVEMENT; <br />9 <br />
