MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MARCH 13, 2014 <br />owner has chosen to have their entire driveway replaced as part of the <br />project. The Engineer reported that as part of the improvement, the street <br />is being lowered about 6 inches and curb and gutter installed. As a result, <br />there will be no run -off from the street onto adjacent properties. The <br />Engineer indicated that he was no sure how much of the slope will be <br />regraded and the impacts on each individual lot. After discussing this <br />issue the consensus was that the City Engineer would send out contact <br />information to the MeMenemy Road property owners as well as meet on <br />site with any property owners that wished to review project impacts to <br />their property. <br />There was no one else from the general public present wishing to <br />comment on this matter. <br />The City Administrator noted that no written objections have been <br />received to the assessment. <br />McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2014 -3 -53 — ADOPTING THE ASSESSMENT <br />ROLL FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. 2013 -19, McMENEMY ROAD <br />(FROM COUNTY ROAD B TO VIKING DRIVE) BY FULL <br />RECONSTRUCTION INCLUDING CONCRETE CURB AND <br />GUTTER AND AN UPGRADED STORM SEWER SYSTEM ALONG <br />WITH MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF EXISTING <br />SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAINSYSTEMAS <br />RECOMMENDED BY CITY STAFF <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0).
