MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 9, 2007 <br />Administrator reported that he has contacted MN DOT about this problem. <br />MN DOT has indicated that they have studies which indicated that this is <br />echo effect is not occurring. The Administrator reported that he has asked <br />for a copy of the study to present to the impacted property owners. <br />Blesener suggested that if the complaints persist, a meeting be scheduled <br />with MN DOT, the City, and the impacted property owners so that MN <br />DOT can explain their findings. <br />LITTLE The City Administrator noted previous efforts to get the Little Canada <br />CANADA Road bridge railing replaced, and MN DOT's indication that the City <br />ROAD would have to pay the cost difference between chain link and an upgraded <br />BRIDGE railing. The Administrator reported that after some delays in getting this <br />RAILING railing replace, it appears the replacement may be moving forward. <br />VADNAIS The City Administrator reported that no progress has been made at this <br />HEIGHTS point to set up a meeting with the City of Vadnais Heights on the sewer <br />SEWER billing issue. The Administrator reported that he would contact the <br />BILLINGS Vadnais Heights City Administrator about setting the meeting. The <br />Administrator indicated that the City may have to proceed with the lawsuit <br />on the sewer billing issue.
