Uniform Building Code and the Electronics Industry Association. <br />3. A determination shall be made by a qualified and licensed professional engineer <br />that the proposed tower "fall zone" location lies within the boundaries of the <br />subject site. <br />The tower shall be protected to discourage climbing of the tower by unauthorized <br />persons. <br />4. No advertising message shall be affixed to the tower. <br />5. The tower and /or antenna shall not be artificially illuminated unless required by <br />law or by a governmental agency to protect the public's health and safety. <br />7. The tower shall be designed so as to accommodate other two other users <br />including but not limited to other cellular or personal communication companies, <br />local police, fire and ambulance companies. <br />The tower shall be painted silver or have a galvanized finish to reduce visual <br />impact. <br />9. Outdoor storage shall be prohibited, excepting materials determined by the City <br />to be customary and incidental to the antenna tower use. <br />Issues relating to easement acceptability shall be subject to comment and <br />recommendation by the City Engineer and City Attorney. <br />pc: Kathy Glanzer <br />Steve Westerhaus <br />Lee Elfering <br />4 <br />
