MINUTES <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />APRIL 9, 2014 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 9th day of <br />April, 2014 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Council Member Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Council Member Mr. John Keis <br />Council Member Mr. Michael McGraw <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Parks & Rec Director Mr. Jim Morelan <br />Cable TV Producer Mr. Kevin Helander <br />City Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2014 -4 -64 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE MARCH 24, 2014 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING AND THE <br />MARCH 26, 2014 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />SUPPORT Council Member Montour reported that CTV North Suburbs will be <br />COMMUNITY hosting a Support Community Media and CTV North Suburbs Meeting <br />MEDIA on Thursday, April 17, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. in the Shoreview City Council <br />MEETING Chambers at 4600 Victoria Street N., Shoreview. Representatives from <br />Comeast will be present at this meeting. This meeting is a Public Hearing <br />on Comcast's proposal for franchise renewal. Montour noted that the <br />proposal from Comeast eliminates operating grant funds that support the <br />televising of local parades, concerts, festivals, news, high school and <br />college sports. The funds also support access to training and equipment, <br />
