McGraw pointed out a recent newspaper article in which there is <br />reference to opposition to high - density housing along mass transit <br />corridors. <br />The City Planner indicated that Met Council's Thrive MSP 2040 <br />document looks more like a political document. The Council was in <br />support of the letter to Met Council as drafted, and the consensus was that <br />it would be submitted to Met Council by the Mayor. <br />A representative of Verizon Wireless informed the Council that he was <br />delayed in getting to the meeting and asked the outcome of the CUP <br />request for a cell tower at 53 South Owasso Blvd. The City Administrator <br />indicated that the CUP was approved subject to conditions some of which <br />were submission of a Fall Zone Report, Interference Study, finalization of <br />a lease with the City which will addressed such issues as access to the <br />tower and its equipment. <br />ADJOURN There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:50 p.m. <br />Attest: <br />� /C <br />Willia�ii 1 Tesener, Mayor <br />Janson, City Administrator <br />15 <br />
