Develop 2 options for each crossing; <br />8. Prepare preliminary drawings for each option; <br />9. Request cost estimates from the railroad for their work; <br />10. Prepare preliminary cost estimates for the improvements; <br />11. Deliver a presentation of results to City staff or Council; <br />12. Prepare 60 day notice of intent(NOI) for submittal by the City; <br />13. Update preliminary plans based on comments from Railroad and MnDOT. <br />Scope of work does not include soil borings, right of way easements, permits, or final design plans. <br />Budget and Schedule <br />The budget for this work $16,000. The work would be done on an hourly basis plus direct expenses. <br />The work would take 60 days after receipt of an approved contract. <br />This agreement is an understanding of the project.
