MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 11, 2007 <br />Blesener asked if the project costs included utilities. The City <br />Administrator replied that it did. <br />The City Administrator suggested that the assessment hearing could be <br />called on the higher number that includes the Bryan Street modifications. <br />The Council could assess at a lower amount if it so chose. <br />Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2007-4-91-DECLARING COST TO BE <br />ASSESSED IN THEAMOUNT OF $83,555.64 AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR BOSS <br />ROAD, IMPROVEMENT NO. 2007-03 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLbTIONNO. 2007-4-92 -CALLING FOR ANASSESSMENT <br />HEARING FOR BOSS ROAD, IMPROVEMENT NO. 2007-03, FOR <br />TUESDAY, MAY 1, 2007, AT 5:00 P.M. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />2007 The City Administrator reported that seven bids were received for the <br />IMPROVE- 2007 Improvement Projects. The low bid was from T. A. Schifsky & <br />MENTS Sons in the amount of $1,230,977.22. The Engineer's estimate for the <br />project was $1,500,000.00. The bid award will be presented to the <br />Council for award at an upcoming meeting. <br />ADJOURN Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2007-4-93 -ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0).
