OUTDOOR EVENTS — To include, but not limited to the following: tent sales, truckload sales,
sidewalk sales, seasonal sales, Christmas tree sales and special event sales conducted by the
operators of a legitimate established business within the appropriate zoning district. No tent
shall be allowed to be up for more than 60 consecutive days. We run back-to-back tent sales
with HOM and Dock 86.
Current
Requested HOM/Gabberts/Dock 86
65 days
120 days (total to be shared by the 3 entities)
20 individual events
30 individual events
LANDSCAPING- Remove existing landscaping along Country Drive and elsewhere on the
property to improve the aging look of the current landscaping and to provide for a regional
installation of greenery including but not limited to trees, shrubs and bushes to compliment the
site and be made available to decorate with electric lights for seasonal display. NEW
IRRIGATION to maintain landscaping would be added.
FLAGPOLE- Request to locate on the property (if desired) a lighted flag pole with an American
Flag
PYLON & DIRECTIONAL SIGN — We are currently allowed two 200 square foot pylon signs. We
propose one 400 square foot more esthetically pleasing Pylon sign to include all three store
brands (DOCK86 — HOM- Gabberts) along with a digital reader board, as proposed below. The
same is true of the existing directional signs — that they be designed to match the pylon
structure and remain as directional signs only.
Pylon for Downtown Dublin — a retail center in Dublin,
California. Located in a similar area at the intersection
of two major interstate highways.
