Proposed Pylon — Designed to complement all three furniture brands. The original anchor- DOCK 86
will remain on the top of the pylon giving the project the feel that the property has evolved and
improved. Both Gabberts and HOM signs will reflect the identical colors found on their respective
store fronts. The digital sign board adds time & temperature along with the ability to seasonally
promote our other brands and departments we do not have room for on the Pylon. This would
include: Sleep Express, Seasonal Concepts, Flooring and Rugs.
EA I W Si LEIERS Y DOCK S 66
AREA. 100 SI. UTTERS: 3'•6' HON I' FURNITURE
100 56, LETTERS•G 9'
LITTLE CANADA 547-14
ARCHN€T
Cit 0D
The current Pylon is on the highest elevation of the site. Moving the proposed Pylon sign along
Country Drive, will lower the base elevation and result in a comparable overall sign height to
the current Pylon.
