Hanson <br />With the new cell tower proposed by Verizon on our property at 53 South Owasso <br />Boulevard, the only remaining item we have to finish is the lease agreement. I have been <br />in discussions with Verizon, but I'm uncomfortable negotiating lease rates given my <br />limited awareness of that market (with our water tower lease, I was able to find very good <br />comps). As a result, I feel we should contract with Steel in the Air to help us in this <br />process. <br />Steel in the Air is the company we used to help us determine the value for the existing <br />tower on 53 South Owasso when we purchased the property. Their proposal for this <br />service is $2,500. I feel that knowledge will result in a quick recovery of those costs. <br />
