MINUTES PLANNING COMMISSION JUNE 12, 2014 Motion failed with 3 votes in favor (Schwalbach, Murphy, Malietzke) and 3 votes against (Fischer, Duray, Ledin). The City Planner indicated that unless there is a subsequent motion, this matter will he passed onto the Council as is. AMEND The City Planner reported that the City of Little Canada has a PUD PUD PERMIT- Permit to operate a seasonal farmers' market in the north parking lot at 61 LITTLE the Saxon Lanes site at 61 Little Canada Road. The City is asking to CANADA amend that permit to allow the market to alternate locations on the ROAD EAST — property as well as change times from morning to afternoon on occasion. LITTLE The purpose of the changes is to avoid conflicts during the bowling CANADA season. The Planner indicated that he is recommending approval of the FARMERS' PUD Permit Amendment as requested and as outlined in his report. MARKET Malietzke recommended approval of the Amendment to PUD Permit for the operation of a seasonal farmers' market at 61 Little Canada Road as outlined in the City Planner's June 6, 2014 report. Motion seconded by Schwalbach. Motion carried 6 — 0. AMEND The City Planner reported that Pallet Services submitted some additional PUD — information late in the process and also noted that there are some issues 3213 that staff needs to resolve with Pallet Services at this point. Therefore, COUNTRY the recommendation is that review of the Pallet Services request to amend DRIVE — their PUD be tabled until the next meeting. The Planner reported that a PALLET meeting with Pallet Services and staff has been scheduled for next week. SERVICES Duray recommended that the request for Amendment to PUD Permit for permanent outdoor storage of construction materials at 3213 Country Drive, Pallet Services, be tabled until the July 10, 2014 Planning Commission meeting. Motion seconded by Schwalbach. Motion carried 6 — 0. - 15 -
