MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />JUNE 12, 2014 <br />Motion failed with 3 votes in favor (Schwalbach, Murphy, Malietzke) and <br />3 votes against (Fischer, Duray, Ledin). <br />The City Planner indicated that unless there is a subsequent motion, this <br />matter will he passed onto the Council as is. <br />AMEND The City Planner reported that the City of Little Canada has a PUD <br />PUD PERMIT- Permit to operate a seasonal farmers' market in the north parking lot at <br />61 LITTLE the Saxon Lanes site at 61 Little Canada Road. The City is asking to <br />CANADA amend that permit to allow the market to alternate locations on the <br />ROAD EAST — property as well as change times from morning to afternoon on occasion. <br />LITTLE The purpose of the changes is to avoid conflicts during the bowling <br />CANADA season. The Planner indicated that he is recommending approval of the <br />FARMERS' PUD Permit Amendment as requested and as outlined in his report. <br />MARKET <br />Malietzke recommended approval of the Amendment to PUD Permit for <br />the operation of a seasonal farmers' market at 61 Little Canada Road as <br />outlined in the City Planner's June 6, 2014 report. <br />Motion seconded by Schwalbach. <br />Motion carried 6 — 0. <br />AMEND The City Planner reported that Pallet Services submitted some additional <br />PUD — information late in the process and also noted that there are some issues <br />3213 that staff needs to resolve with Pallet Services at this point. Therefore, <br />COUNTRY the recommendation is that review of the Pallet Services request to amend <br />DRIVE — their PUD be tabled until the next meeting. The Planner reported that a <br />PALLET meeting with Pallet Services and staff has been scheduled for next week. <br />SERVICES <br />Duray recommended that the request for Amendment to PUD Permit for <br />permanent outdoor storage of construction materials at 3213 Country <br />Drive, Pallet Services, be tabled until the July 10, 2014 Planning <br />Commission meeting. <br />Motion seconded by Schwalbach. <br />Motion carried 6 — 0. <br />- 15 - <br />
