My husband asked the builder before he bought
the townhome "I work from home. Is that going to be an issue?" The builder said no, many people work from home.
When I submitted my special use permit, the vote on the revised document was not yet finalized and just in case it did
not pass, I wanted to be pro -active and make sure I was in compliance with city codes.
The change DID NOT pass and we are left with the original documents. My husband and I lived and worked from home
for more than 13 years. I had heard rumors that the board wanted to see how my application process would proceed. If
the planning commission approved it, I had heard they would "grandfather" me in.
Of the 15 residences on Stephani Court, not including me (the woman who contacted the Mayor lives on Stephani Circle),
I have heard from 12 of them directly that they do not have an issue with a part time student in my driveway.
Thank you for listening.
Best,
Heather
Denarius Human Resources, Inc.
Tel: 651.482.8606
