Aggregate Stockpiling and Recycling Interim Use Permit Interim Use Agreement Page 6 of 16 other activities relating to the same for the purpose of making recycled concrete and asphalt aggregate, as well as the storage, stockpiling and processing of topsoil (black ditt), as an interim use in an 1-2 District. 15. The site shall be improved and maintained per the approved Site Development Plan on file with the City, which shall include but not be limited to the Owner paving the roadway access area, paving and striping parking areas, installing and maintaining perimeter concrete curbing around parking areas, limiting the usage of the west entrance onto Ryan Drive, limiting the height of stockpiled materials, controlling dust, and providing adequate berating and landscaping of the operation as approved by City staff. 16. Owner shall comply with the approved erosion control plan for the prevention of damage to adjacent property and the control of surface water runoff. As the operation continues, the City may impose additional erosion control requirements if, in the opinion of the City Engineer, they would be useful. Owner shall comply with the erosion control plans and with any such additional instructions it receives from the City. 17. Owner shall promptly clear any soil, earth or debris resulting from work by Owner or of its customers. agents or assigns. Owner's responsibilities shall also include sweeping public streets in the vicinity of the interim use operation to remove any debris tracked from the site onto the public streets. Owner shall constantly monitor conditions and sweep as needed or within 24 hours notice by City. 18. Dust control will consist of at least daily watering of the service roads and yard contained within the property described in this Agreement with Owner's self-contained water truck; subject to the appropriate modifications due to prevailing weather conditions.
