Our scope of services is based upon <br />your telephone conversation on March 27, 2014, with Mr. Scott Futrell, President, of <br />Futrell Fire Consult & Design, Inc. (FFCDI) and subsequent email correspondence in <br />which you have provided information concerning Pallet Service Corporation's request <br />for an amendment to a PUD Permit to increase storage of lumber on the property. <br />Our letter provides a brief summary of the minimum requirements in the applicable <br />MSFC for the property and considers the current MSFC Chapter 19 — Lumber Yards <br />And Woodworking Facilities. This letter is for your use and discussion with local code <br />officials in the permitting process for increasing the area and height of outdoor lumber <br />storage. <br />We are specifically not providing fire code information for the following: <br />• Site Safety; <br />o Process Safety; <br />• Hazardous Materials and Product classification; <br />o Fire Code research outside of the limited scope for the location identified above. <br />
