The original permit for this use was
approved as an interim use permit in 2010 for approximately 12,000 square feet of
storage area, with a limitation on the height of the stacks at 9 feet. In 2011, you
requested a significant expansion of the original approval expanding to 60,000 square
feet of storage area and 14 foot stack heights. For the 2011 permit, the City
authorized the amendment and removed the "interim" label.
The current amendment request is to allow expansion of outdoor storage by
adding an additional storage area of 12,000 square feet (from 60,000 square feet to
72, 000 square feet) and increasing the stack height limitation from 14 feet to 20
feet.
