Limited Fire Code Consulting April 16, 2014 <br />DISCLAIMER <br />This letter has been prepared by FFCDI based on the information available to us as <br />provided in the submittal and is limited to a summary of specific fire code provisions for <br />the existing property. FFCDI has not inspected the site, nor any current buildings and <br />fire protection system construction or installation, classified occupancies, nor <br />determined if the client or buildings are in compliance with any laws, rules, codes or <br />standards. FFCDI has also not evaluated or inspected the actual building, equipment, <br />or protection as installed nor determined its fitness for use. <br />The scope of this letter is limited to that in the contract between the client and FFCDI <br />and is not to be used for other designs, locations, installations or situations outside <br />those for which it was intended. This document is not intended to address any other fire <br />or building code issues, employee health and safety, accident prevention, spills or <br />incidents not involving combustion. FFCDI is not responsible for implementation, <br />interpretation or confirmation of recommendations or requirements, including those <br />indicated in this letter, unless provided for in additional contracts outside the scope of <br />the current work. Should the client not retain the services of FFCDI to review the <br />implementation or any other use of this letter through site observation, inspection, or <br />audits, then the client and any end users agree to assume full liability and responsibility <br />for the verification, implementation, interpretation, or any other use of this letter and its <br />findings for any purpose. <br />Additionally, the recommendations in this letter are based on responsible parties, other <br />than FFCDI, such as the building owner/operator or contractor implementing and <br />maintaining storage arrangements and commodities, interior egress requirements, <br />designing, installing, inspecting, and maintaining the fire protection system, providing <br />the required maintenance, testing, inspection, housekeeping, and occupancy in <br />accordance with local, state and national laws, and nationally recognized standards, <br />including those outlined in this letter or provided in the supplied documents. <br />Copyright 2014, Futrell Fire Consult & Design, Inc. — All Rights Reserved. <br />Page 5of5 <br />
