MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JULY 23, 2014 The Administrator indicated that the City Engineer does not yet have costs for the sidewalk and the wall relocation work. These will be presented to the Council at a future meeting. It was noted that the cost of these improvements would come from the Infrastructure Fund. LIST FOR The City Administrator reported that he was approached about listing the SALE — City's property at 3046 LaBore Road for sale. He noted that the City has 3046 LABORE tried unsuccessfully to market the property in its newsletter and through a ROAD bid submission. The City has also received inquiries about the property from time to time. The Administrator indicated that he could have a sign posted on the property, but before incurring the cost of the sign, he wanted to present the offer to list the property to the Council. The Administrator stated that he has two proposals to list the property. One from Bob Pedersen for a 4.7% commission and the other from Scott Barraclough for a 5% commission. Both are local realtors. The Council's consensus was to list the property, with McGraw suggesting that a time limit be placed on the listing. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2019-7-140 — APPROVING THE LISTING FOR SALE OF 3046 LABORE ROAD WITH BOB PEDERSENAT A COMMISSION RATE OF 4.7% WITH THE LISTING TO BE LIMITED TO SIX MONTHS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Kcis. Ayes (4). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. RESCHEDULE McGraw requested that the Council reschedule its August 27°1 meeting AUGUST 27TH meeting as he will be out of town. COUNCIL MEETING Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2014-7-141—RESCHEDULING THE AUGUST 27, 2014 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING TO MONDAY, AUGUST 18, 2019 AT 7:30P.M. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. Ayes (4). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. 13
