6. A three foot side yard setback shall be maintained for all proposed off-street <br />parking areas, including proposed turnaround spaces. <br />7. The proposed driveway "tumaround spaces" shall be reserved for vehicle <br />turnaround maneuvers. <br />8. Building elevations which match the proposed site and floor plans shall be <br />submitted for all sides of the proposed residential structure. <br />9. The proposed structure not exceed three stories or 36 feet, whichever is least. <br />10. Proposed finish building materials and color(s) shall be specified. <br />11. To improve usability, consideration be given to increasing the single stall garage <br />sizes from 10' x 20' to 12' x 22'. <br />12. Details regarding the proposed model home use be provided including, but not <br />limited to, duration of use, off-street parking demands, signage etc. <br />pc.
