During, the next 17 years became it became a leader in <br />residential and low density developments in the Twin Cities, Maplewood, New Brighton, Forest Lake, <br />Woodbury, Rochester, Alexandria Illinois, Des Moines, Iowa, and St, Louis, Missouri. In 1982 Thomas <br />Homes became the residential division of Maco Property Group and expanded its developments to. St. <br />Cloud in Minnesota as well as large subdivisions in the suburbs of Chicago, Naples, Florida; Scottsdale, <br />Arizona, La Crosse, Eau Claire, metro Milwaukee , Wisconsin and Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Gross <br />sales for Thomas Homes Mace during 2012 was $30,000,000. <br />Thomas, Homes is currently seeking the approval of the City of Little Canada to construct a three unit <br />Flex Piex proposed to be located at 56 Little Canada Road. The type and use of the company's proposal <br />is consistent with existing development and meets shoreland ordinance for sites along the shores of <br />Round Lake.
