MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />AUGUST 14, 2014 <br />temporary. The Planner indicated that the Commission could make that <br />recommendation. <br />Maleitzke suggested that in addition to the requirement that the property <br />be in compliance with conditions by 10-31-14, she suggested that an <br />inspection occur in perhaps July of 2015 to ensure that there is still <br />compliance. The City Planner indicated that the Commission could make <br />that recommendation as well. He indicated that once an approval is made <br />subject to conditions, the City's Code Enforcement Officer would conduct <br />an inspection of the property. The Planner did not that most of the City's <br />code enforcement is complaint based and occasionally occurs on a <br />discovery basis. <br />Duray asked if Anderson could be in compliance by 10-31-14. Anderson <br />replied that it could except for the asphalt paving recommendation. <br />Fischer felt that if the PUD Permit were for 3 years, asphalt paving should <br />be required. He indicated that he could support the Class V if the PUD <br />Permit were for two years. Anderson indicated that he was O.K. with a <br />two year permit. <br />Fischer recommended approval of the Amendment to PUD -C District and <br />PUD Permit for outdoor storage and outdoor display area for 121 East <br />County Road C, Poolside, for a period of two years subject to compliance <br />with the recommendations of the City Planner as outlined in his August 5, <br />2014 report with the following modifications: <br />#7 -- requiring landscape screening inside the fence area to <br />promote the survivability of this landscaping; <br />#9 — outdoor storage area shall be surfaced with Class V <br />materials; <br />#13 — outstanding conditions of approval shall be completed no <br />later than October 31, 2014 with a follow-up inspection in <br />the spring of 2015. <br />Motion seconded by Duray. <br />Motion carried 5 — 0.
