'There may have been short times during crushing <br />operations where the height has gone over the 52 feet. <br />Roger Stanke, Ryan Industrial Park, indicated that he speaks for business <br />owners in the park who support the FraDor operation. Stanke encouraged <br />the Commission to grant Frattalone a 10 year extension of the IUP. <br />Dick Boss, Bryan Avenue, indicated that Frattalone has done a lot of good <br />for community and indicated support for the IUP extension. <br />Fischer pointed out that the Development Agreement before the <br />Commission calls for a five year extension, and indicated that that is what <br />would be considered. He noted that comments made by Stanke would be <br />noted in the minutes for the Council's review. <br />Duray recommended approval of the Extension of Interim Use permit for <br />processing and stockpiling of gravel in the General htdustrial (1-2) District <br />for property at 3137 Country Drive, Fra -Dor, subject to the City Planner's <br />August 8, 2014 report and the proposed Development Agreement <br />governing this use. <br />Motion seconded by Barraclough. <br />Motion carried 6 — 0. <br />-10- <br />24 <br />
