On weekends, when the music is playing the 159 total <br />parking required for this project are all on site once the west building tenants close their doors <br />before 8 pm. The owner of the building has agreed to lease new tenants that close their doors by 7 <br />pm. <br />Additional off-site parking can be provided. We will be requesting acceptance of the Bowling Alley <br />offer for additional off-site parking. <br />Security: <br />The owners have contracted with a security firm to escort guests out of the building and out of the <br />parking lots after the shows. <br />Landscaping: <br />Additional streetscaping, buffering ft landscaping will need to be reviewed for the City <br />requirements. <br />Noise level: <br />The owner has contracted with Orfield Acoustical Laboratory. <br />We have the restaurant modeled in Orfleld's computer program so they will be able to make <br />recommendations for the capture of sound. <br />Orfield's final report will give us the products we need to use and the construction methods to <br />build out our new business. <br />9 <br />
