Below please find a list of plans and precautions that have been put in place in anticipation of <br />the project: <br />• Security will be handled by EPG Security services. They have contracts throughout the <br />metro area and have great references. They control not only the crowds inside the <br />building, but also will monitor the parking lots after a live event. <br />• We have retained OrfieId Acoustics that will present a report to the city for decibel levels <br />as well as the sound proofing required to control the sound inside and out. <br />We have secured a parking agreement with Saxon Lanes that gives us an additional 150 <br />parking spots. <br />• VooDoo Live is a restaurant/bar the majority of the year. <br />4 If it makes the city comfortable, VooDoo Live will only do a maximum of 75 dates a year. <br />That leaves 290 days out of the year that it is a restaurant/bar. <br />• Employee only parking will be in the rear—closest to residential housing in the area. <br />• VooDoo Live has a $3 million build -out and equipment project. <br />• We will build a privacy fence if needed. <br />• We will only book rock, pop, and country bands. <br />I hope both of you, and the City of Little Canada, will recognize our efforts to make VooDoo Live <br />an exciting new business in the area while considering the needs of the nearby residents. <br />Thank you again for your time.
