MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />AUGUST 14, 2014 <br />AMEND The City Planner requested that the Planning Commission table action <br />ZONING on the proposed Zoning Code Amendment relative to the definition of <br />CODE- family as there have been some changes in State Law related to group <br />DEFINITION homes. He indicated that he is researching the appropriate language to <br />OF FAMILY ensure that any amendment is compliant with State Law. <br />Fischer tabled action on the Amendment to the Zoning Code relative to the <br />definition of Family in Section 902.010.F.(d.) pending further information <br />from the City Planner. <br />Motion seconded by Maleitzke. <br />Motion carried 6 — 0. <br />- 10 - <br />
