3. Once the builder and floor plans are secured and under contract, the lot purchase would be <br />finalized before construction begins. <br />4. If we determine that the site is not feasible for the home we wish to build, or if construction <br />terms cannot be met within 90 days of the earnest payment, we would release purchase rights <br />to the property, and the $500 earnest payment would be returned. <br />5. If the process is delayed for any reason, but is moving forward, we will consult with the Council <br />with an updated timeline and to discuss any changes of terms. <br />After discussions with my father, I am confident that 90 days will be sufficient to contract with a <br />builder and begin construction. We do not plan to sit on this lot or draw out this process any longer <br />than necessary to ensure it is done properly.
