7. Screening efforts along the west property line be intensified to include the <br />planting of evergreen shrubs (adjacent to the residential properties to the <br />west). The applicant suggested, and the Planning Commission <br />recommended, that the shrub planting be located inside the fence to avoid <br />conflicts with plowing next to the fence. <br />8. Screen plantings shall be maintained to avoid unwelcome and unsightly <br />volunteer growth in the screening area. <br />9. The outdoor storage area shall be paved surfaced with Class V gravel and <br />maintained properly. <br />10.Outdoor storage materials shall not exceed the height of the fence. <br />11. The property owner shall maintain both sides of the screen fence. <br />12.
