The Commission recommended approval adopting most of the <br />staff -provided conditions, but with some amendments. The Planning Commission's <br />recommendations are reflected in the list of conditions as follows: <br />1. Items stored outdoors shall clearly be accessory to the principal use of the <br />subject property. <br />2. The applicants demonstrate, to the satisfaction of the City, a commitment to <br />construct the storage building referenced as part of the 2010 PUD Permit <br />application. <br />3. A term be established for the proposed outdoor storage use as determined <br />appropriate by City Officials — the Planning Commission recommended two <br />years as suggested by the applicant. <br />4. An escrow be established, as determined appropriate by the City, to ensure <br />compliance with the conditions of PUD Permit approval. The applicant was <br />amenable to a "reasonable" escrow. <br />5. The outside storage area is limited to the area identified on the site plan dated <br />March 15, 2010, a total area of 40 feet by 16 feet. <br />6. The outside storage area shall be screened from neighboring properties in <br />compliance with Section 903.020.G of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />8 <br />
