MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />AUGUST 8, 2007 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 8th day of <br />August, 2007 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Ms. Barbara Allan <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Michael McGraw <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Ms. Vanessa Van Alstine <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Blesener noted a correction to the July 25, 2007 Regular Council Minutes <br />which reflects that the Planning Commission did not review the EAW for <br />the St. Jude development project. <br />Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2007-8-190 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE JULY 25, 2007 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AND THE <br />JULY 25, 2007 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS CORRECTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CANADIAN Mayor Blesener thanked the Canadian Days Committee and their <br />DAYS President, Sue Nelson, for their hard work in putting on this year's <br />Canadian Days Celebration in Spooner Park. Blesener noted that this <br />year's Celebration was a great event and very well attended. Blesener also <br />thanked City staff for their assistance to the Canadian Days Committee, as <br />well as Lisa Krieger for her efforts in coordinating the SK Race. <br />
