The price for the International chassis is $78,285.00. The Crysteel Equipment package is <br />$82,618.17. The total cost for the truck and all components is $160,903.17. International <br />has agreed to give the City $30,000 for the 2000 Sterling dump truck as a trade. That <br />leaves the net cost of the truck at $130,903.17. The City has budgeted $130,000 for the <br />truck for 2015. The truck will likely take 4-6 months to be built so staff would like to get <br />the truck ordered this fall so the process can get started. <br />Staff recommends authorizing the purchase of a 2015 International chassis from <br />Astleford and all of the components from Crysteel Equipment for a cost of $160,903.17 <br />and a net cost of $130,903.17 after trade-in. <br />
