MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />AUGUST 22, 2007 <br />Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007-8-204 - CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING <br />FOR WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2007 TO CONSIDER <br />AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY'S SIGN ORDNANCE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2007-8-205 - CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING <br />FOR WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2007 TO CONSIDER THE <br />EXTENSION OF THE CITY'S SIGN ORDINANCE MORATORIUM <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />SIGN The City Attorney noted correspondence his office submitted dated <br />ORDINANCF, August 22, 2007 providing a resolution for publication of ordinance <br />AMENDMF,NT summary for changes the Council may make to the Sign Ordinance. He <br />noted that due to the cost of publishing large ordinance revisions, State <br />Statute allows the publication of summary ordinances. <br />
