MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NOVEMBER 12, 2014 <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />City Hall. He further noted that the dedication ceremony will be replayed <br />on both Channel 15 and the City's Cable Channel 16. <br />The City Administrator thanked Frank Frattalone for both his financial and <br />in-kind support for this project, noting the earth work, excavation, and <br />stone donation by Frattalone. He also reported that the Little Canada Fire <br />Department donated $10,000 for the limestone wall. The Administrator <br />thanked City staff for their work with the project, specifically Jessica <br />Jagoe who was the staff liaison to the Veterans Committee and the Public <br />Works and Parks Departments for the work they did at the site. The <br />Administrator also noted that over the winter the site will not be cleared of <br />snow given the pavers are newly installed and the final sand and <br />compacting has not yet been done.
