MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />DECEMBER 11, 2014 <br />the Commission's review of these sales/acquisitions was helpful in <br />keeping the Commission informed. Fischer agreed. <br />COMMISSION Fischer acknowledged that Maleitzke is ending her three year tern on <br />ISSUES the Commission and thanked her for her valuable contributions. <br />Maleitzke reported that due to job demand and travel, she did not apply for <br />reappointment. <br />Fischer noted that Barraclough could not be present this evening, but <br />thanked him on behalf of the Commission for his 18 'h years of service. <br />Fischer noted the valuable contributions that Barraclough has made to the <br />City. 1 -le further indicated that Barraclough left a message indicating that <br />he has enjoyed his time on the Commission and hoped he contributed to <br />making Little Canada a better place. Fischer noted that Barraclough was <br />up against term limits this year, so could not reapply for appointment. <br />Fischer pointed out that after one year's absence, Barraclough could apply <br />for appointment. <br />Fischer pointed out that his term on the Commission is expiring and that <br />he will be moving to another area of service, that of City Council Member. <br />Fischer reported that he served on the committee interviewing applicants <br />for the Planning Commission vacancies, and is very encourage that there <br />will be some excellent members added to the Commission in 2015. <br />Duray also thanked Maleitzke, Barraclough, and Fischer for their service <br />on the Planning Commission. <br />ADJOURN There being no further business, Fischer adjourned the meeting at 8:12 <br />p.m. <br />Respectd, <br />Kathy Gland <br />City Clerk K <br />-6- <br />
