I have <br />enclosed a resume for your review. I wish to impress upon you as a 30 year resident of Little Canada, I <br />am committed to my community and its future, My career has spanned wide ranges of experiences all <br />of which I believe speak to my abilities to perform and serve on the commission. <br />My career in the field of Project Management and Architecture extensively courses through both the <br />management of private as well as public facilities. I am well acquainted in managing construction <br />budgets and schedules, and reviewing architectural guidelines throughout the 50 states, all of which <br />would be helpful in redevelopment opportunities and infill developments in Little Canada. I have <br />conducted feasibility studies for consolidation of existing buildings for cost effectiveness and utilization <br />as well as having conducted studies to evaluate buildings for renovation, demolition or sale.
