RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 2015-03 <br />COUNTRY DRIVE (from Rice Street east to railroad tracks) <br />WHEREAS, <br />A feasibility report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the <br />improvement of Country Drive (from Rice Street east to railroad tracks) by full depth <br />reclamation and paving, minor storm sewer system improvements, and concrete curb and <br />gutter repair and/or replacement. This report was received by the Council on January 14, <br />2015, and <br />WHEREAS, <br />The report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, <br />cost-effective, and feasible. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 13Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE <br />CANADA, MINNESOTA: <br />l . The Council will consider the improvement of Country Drive in accordance with <br />the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost to the <br />City of Little Canada of $780,000.00 <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 2nd day of <br />February, 2015, in the Council Chambers of the City Center at 5:00 P.M. and the City <br />Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as <br />required by law. <br />Adopted by the Council this 14" day ofJanuary, 2015. <br />John T.
