RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 2015-02 <br />SOUTH OWASSO BLVD. (from Rice Street to Country Drive) <br />WHEREAS, <br />A feasibility report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the <br />improvement of South Owasso Blvd. (from Rice Street to Country Drive) by full depth <br />reclamation and paving, concrete curb and gutter repair and/or replacement, as well as <br />storm sewer improvements. This report was received by the Council on January 14, <br />2015, and <br />WHEREAS, <br />The report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, <br />cost-effective, and feasible. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, 13E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE <br />CANADA, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of South Owasso Blvd. in accordance <br />with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost to <br />the City of Little Canada of $795,000.00 <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 2nd day of <br />February, 2015, in the Council Chambers of the City Center at 5:45 P.M. and the City <br />Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as <br />required by law. <br />Adopted by the Council this 14°i day of January, 2015. <br />John T.
