MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DECEMBER 15, 2014 <br />COUNCIL On behalf of the Council and City staff, Montour thanked Council <br />MEMBER Member Boss for her service to Little Canada as a Council Member for <br />BOSS the past six years. He indicated that it was a joy and pleasure to work with <br />her, and acknowledged her contributions to the City. <br />MAYOR On behalf of the Council and City staff, Montour also thanked Mayor <br />BLESENER Blesener for his leadership and dedication to Little Canada. Montour <br />stated that he appreciated the time that he has spent working with Mayor <br />Blesener. Montour reported that just prior to the Council meeting, the <br />Council visited Mayor Blesener and Grace Blesener and presented them <br />with a sample of a plaque which will be installed at the new Public Works <br />building dedicating the new building to Mayor Blesener. Montour noted <br />that Blesener was a strong force in moving this project forward. There <br />will be a formal dedication ceremony once the project is completed. <br />The City Clerk thanked Mayor Blesener on behalf of the entire City staff <br />for his leadership and support. <br />Council Members Boss, Keis, and McGraw echoed Montour's comments <br />and appreciation for Blesener's strong leadership.
