Resolution declared adopted. <br />Montour opened the Public Hearing to consider the renewal of the <br />following Pawn Brokers License and Second Hand Goods Dealers <br />Licenses: <br />Pawn Brokers License — <br />Lincoln Pawn & Jewelry <br />Second Hand Goods Dealers Licenses — <br />Lincoln Pawn & Jewelry <br />Christian Life Ministries <br />Joe's Sporting Goods <br />Quality Furniture <br />Planet Thrift <br />The City Clerk reported that application materials are in order and the <br />Ramsey County Sheriff's Department has indicated that they have no <br />concerns with the issuance of these licenses. <br />The Council discussed the need for a Public Hearing to consider the <br />renewal of these licenses, and the consensus was that this was an <br />appropriate opportunity to review the licenses and any related issues. <br />5 <br />
