MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />FEBRUARY 12, 2015 <br />Ledin indicated that he agreed with Schwalbach's comments and felt the <br />developer should try to obtain agreement with 715 Keller Parkway to put <br />in a storm water drainage pipe. Without such an agreement, either the <br />proposal as submitted should be approved or a staff should make a <br />recommendation for another option. The City Engineer again pointed out <br />that given the topography of the lot, even if a property division was not <br />proposed, the applicant would need a fill permit in order to build anything <br />on this lot. Part of the review for a fill permit would be a review of storm <br />water management issues. <br />Schwalbach recommended approval of the subdivision of 716 LaBore <br />Road into two single-family lots as proposed by Jerry Carlson, <br />Exceptional Homes by Design, subject to compliance with the <br />recommendations of the City Planner and the City Engineer as outlined in <br />their reports and encouraging Jerry Carlson to make efforts to worth with <br />the property owner at 715 Keller Parkway to install a drainage pipe <br />through this property to pipe the drainage to Keller Parkway. <br />Motion seconded by Murphy. <br />Motion carried 7 — 0. <br />The City Planner noted that all agenda materials are on the City's web <br />site; therefore, interested parties can review the same detailed reports that <br />are available to the Planning Commission. <br />ADJOURN There being no further business, Ledin adjourned the meeting at 8:30 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted- <br />Katlliy Glanze, <br />City Clerk <br />-8- <br />
