Hanson <br />At our workshop of January 14th, we learned that the above referenced project has little <br />construction impacts on our community (see copy of minutes attached). Pending any testimony <br />at Wednesday's hearing, we are likely in position to pass a resolution granting municipal consent <br />to this project. Given our past discussions, I'm not recommending any conditions. (MnDot does <br />have some uncompleted items from MnPass Phase I that were part of our municipal consent for <br />that portion of the project. <br />If you would like to take a different approach with this, please let me know ASAP so we can <br />modify the resolution accordingly. <br />
