RESOLUTION NO. <br />Resolution for Layout Approval <br />At a Meeting of the City Council of the City of Little Canada, held on the 25th day <br />of February, 2015, the following Resolution was offered by and seconded by <br />to wit: <br />WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation has prepared a final layout for State Project 6281-47 on <br />Interstate Highway 35E, from Little Canada Road to County Road J within Ramsey County; and seeks <br />the approval thereof, as described in Minnesota Statutes 161.162 to 161.167: and <br />WHEREAS, said final layout is on file in the North Area Metropolitan District Office of the Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation, being marked as Layout No. XXXX, S.P. XXXX-XX, from R.P.
