ADVERTISEMENT POR BIDS <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received until 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 24th, <br />2015, at the office of the City Administrator, City of Little Canada, 515 Little Canada Road East, <br />Little Canada, Minnesota 55117, at which time they will be publicly opened and read, for the <br />purpose of securing a contractor to provide: <br />City Hall Audio/Video Project <br />Specifications and proposal forms may be obtained from the City Administrator, City of Little <br />Canada, 515 Little Canada Road East, Little Canada, Minnesota 55117. Inquiries should be <br />directed to the City Administrator at 651-766-4040 or e-mail to: joe1.hanson@ei.little- <br />canada.mn.us <br />A pre-bid project walk-through is scheduled for Monday, March 9th at 10 a,tn. All bidders <br />must attend the pre-bid meeting. Only proposals from bidders that attended the pre-bid <br />meeting will be read. Proposals submitted from non -attendees will be returned unopened. <br />Bid security in the amount of 5% of the hid must accompany each bid in accord with the <br />Information for Bidders.
