If the Contract is to be awarded, Owner will award the Contract to the Bidder whose Bid is in the <br />best interests of the Owner and the Peeled. <br />15, SIGNING OF AGREEMENT <br />When Owner gives a Notice of Award to the Successful Bidder, it shall be accompanied by the <br />required number of unsigned counterparts of the agreement with the other Contract Documents <br />which are identified in the Agreement as attached thereto, Within 15 days thereafter, Successful <br />Bidder shall sign and deliver the require( number of counterparts of the Agreement and attached <br />documents to Owner. Within 10 days thereafter, Owner shall deliver one fully signed counterpart to <br />Successful Bidder with a complete set of the Contract Documents. <br />16.'flME SCHEDULE, AND COMPLETION DATES <br />A. All work under this contract shall be scheduled and completed in accordance with the substantial <br />and final completion dates stated in the Special Provisions of the Bidding Documents. <br />13. The Project will be considered complete when alt work called for in the Bidding Documents has <br />been completed and approved by the Owner. <br />17.
