General Conditions <br />Canada as additionally insured parties under the policy. The following minimum coverage shall <br />apply. <br />A. Worker's compensation insurance and employer's liability insurance as required by law, <br />13. Contractor's comprehensive general and automobile liability insurance, including coverage for <br />non -owned and hired vehicles, in limits as follows: <br />General Liability <br />OR <br />I3oclily Injury <br />Property Damage <br />$1,000,000 each occurrence <br />$1,000,000 completed operations <br />$1,000,000 <br />Combines( Single Limit $2,000,000 each occurrence <br />$5,000,000 aggregate <br />Automobile Liability - Bodily Injury $250,000 each person <br />$500,000 each occurrence <br />Properly Damage $100,000 each occurrence <br />$200,000 aggregate <br />OR <br />Combined Single Limit 111,000,000 <br />C. In addition to all listed coverages, Contractor shall procure and maintain an Umbrella or Excess <br />liability policy in a minimum limit of $1,000,000. <br />D. Minimum Insurance Requirements: Losses other than those covered by insurance shall be the solo <br />responsibility of the Contractors. The insurance requirements as set forth herein shall be considered <br />to be minimum requirements only. Any other insurance that may be necessary to provide adequate <br />coverage must be provided by the Contractors and shall be their sole responsibility. <br />E. Contractual Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Contractor shall indemnify and <br />hold harmless the Owner and the Owner and their agents and employees from and against all claims, <br />damages, losses and expenses, including but not limited to attorneys' fees arising out of or resulting <br />from the performance of Work provided that any such claim, damage, loss or expense (1) is <br />attributable to bodily injury, sickness, disease or death, or to injury to or destruction of tangible <br />property (outer than the Work itself) including the loss of use resulting therefrom, and (2) is caused <br />in whole or in part by any negligent act or omission of the Contractor, any subcontractor, anyone <br />directly or indirectly employed by any of them or anyone for whose acts any of them may be liable, <br />regardless of whether or not it is caused in part by a party indemnified hereunder.
